Everything we do, we believe in doing it differently.

That is how we started this project „ Pierrot & Pierrette“ , inspired by different idea of accomodation in our city. Located in the heart of the city,in the most famous street,we gave new life to old an neglected space and created a unique place intended to all travelers,explorers and the aventurers.

To acquaint you with our vision , we need to look back in year 1912 . At that time,first cinema Apollo was built in Zagreb, street Ilica 31. Architecture of cinema reminded of theater,since the architect mr. Fischer,made it in form of horseshoe, not aware of appeareance of cinema at that time. To make brand new cinema as beautiful as it can be,artist Tomislav Krizman painted on both sides of the screen,charachters Pierrot and Pierrette from Commedia dellʼarte.

Ilica 31 treasurs cultural history of Zagreb and social happenings so Pierrot & Pierrette were simbol of entertainment amoung citizens. After one decade,at the same address we are starting our story.
Cherising the past but looking in the future we have created our own place for new happenings and social entertainment.
